How to use a gift card

We offer two convenient options:

1. Through the website

– Create an order on our website.

– On the Order Confirmation page, enter your Gift Card number in the “Comment” field.

– Click “Place Order” — but do not pay for it.

– Our team will contact you within 12 hours to confirm the order and request any remaining payment if needed.

– Once confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped.

2. Through the website chat

– Open the chat window on our website.

– From the quick options, select “I have a Gift Card.”

– Enter your card number.

– Our team will contact you to complete your order.

Please note that the gift card cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts. Regular delivery rules and shipping rates apply to any order placed with a gift card.
