Warranty and Refund Policy

The warranty for the product directly depends on the manufacturer and ranges from 6 months to 2 years, you can familiarize yourself with the terms of the toy's warranty in the brochure attached to it.

Returns to our address are carried out at your expense by any national postal service.
In case of confirmation of the warranty case, your costs will be compensated.

Defective goods can be replaced with a similar new one or any other goods of comparable value.
You can also receive a refund.

Due to the nature of our products, returns of items in proper condition are not accepted. Returns are only possible in the case of manufacturing defects and are handled in accordance with the rules stated above. We care about the safety of our customers and kindly ask for your understanding regarding this policy.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is possible within the first 12 hours after the order has been confirmed.

If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours, please review the following conditions:

A full refund is available if order processing takes more than 10 business days.

If an order is canceled more than 12 hours after confirmation, the customer will receive a refund minus a 20% fee. This deduction is made to partially compensate the store for expenses incurred when purchasing goods from suppliers.

Refunds are not available for items marked with the “Rare Item” tag, as well as for underwear.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Refusal to accept a properly delivered package is not grounds for a refund.

Please note that each request for order cancellation and refund is reviewed on an individual basis.
