How to use your INTIMRELAX vaginal dilators and one session per day is enough

Beginning with the smallest dilator in the INTIMRELAX dilator set, after applying some water-based lubricant pressure should be applied gently to insert comfortably into the vagina in a progressive way. The exercise can be done for 10 – 15 minutes with small, gentle movements in and out.
