In addition, unfiltered and without the addition of sulphites. It is best to serve well chilled (on ice) at 0° C. Fine perlage due to naturally formed carbonic acid. A light, fruity sparkling wine for every occasion. The yeast cloudiness also gives the Pét Nat a creamy, delicate note. Therefore, turn the bottle over and swirl carefully so that the sediment rises.
